MTCR is an informal and voluntary partnership among 35 countries to prevent the proliferation of missile and unmanned aerial vehicle technology capable of carrying above 500 kg payload for more than 300 km.
The Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) was established in April 1987 by the G7 countries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Great Britain, and the United States of America.
On 27 June 2016, India became the 35th full member of MTCR.

Sunway TaihuLight is a Chinese supercomputer that has been ranked as the fastest supercomputer in the world, with a LINPACK benchmark rating of 93 petaflops. This is nearly three times faster than the previous holder of the record, the Tianhe-2, which ran at 34 petaflops. At its peak speed of 125 petaflops per second it is the first supercomputer to achieve speeds in excess of 100 PFlops.
